This painting was inspired by architectural forms and the eternal contrast of day and night. I wanted to convey the feeling of transition — from one world to another, from everyday reality into the realm of dreams. The staircase becomes a symbol of the path to light, of hope, and of inner growth.

I chose oil paint because it allows me to achieve depth of color and soft transitions between the warmth of sunset and the coolness of the night sky. Oil lives on the canvas, giving texture and breath that emphasize the mystical atmosphere of the artwork
